Account Locked
If a user has too many failed login attempts or experiences an extended period of inactivity, their account will lock automatically. When an account is locked, the user will be unable to log in to EPRLive and will be instructed to contact either EPRLive Support or one of their Site Sponsors.
To unlock a user account:
- Go to Site Administration > Manage Users
- Click on the locked username to open the Edit User page
- At the top of their profile, click the Unlock button
- Click Save
Please note:
- You will cannot change the password on a locked account. First unlock the account, and then change the password.
