Creating Users for Site Sponsors and TPAs
For security purposes, only EPRLive Support may edit the permissions of a user account.
If you need to add a user with elevated permissions in the system (such as a new employee in your workplace or for a TPA), create the user account as usual. Then, contact EPRLive Support with the new username and specify the desired permissions (Chapter Administrator, Collecting Agent, Fund Administrator, and/or Auditor).
Additionally, please inform the support team if there is a profile you wish the new username to mirror.
