Adding an Existing Employer

If an FEIN already exists in EPRLive, when you attempt to add it to your Employer Roster, you will see a list of existing employers.

It is important to link the proper employer profile—you should not create a new employer profile using the same FEIN, without careful consideration.

Please note:

• There are some instances where a company may have multiple profiles under a single FEIN. If you see multiple options for an employer, and are unsure which to link to, please contact EPRLive Support to ensure that you are linking the correct profile.
• You will not be able to edit the employer profile or add any new users until the employer has authorized your area.
• If the employer profile has no active users and you are not yet authorized to create them, contact EPRLive Support.

Once you have identified and selected the correct employer profile, click Next to request employer authorization.
