Uploading Payroll Data
If you have 15-20 employees or more, we recommend uploading your payroll data in to EPRLive. Keep in mind that each agreement has a unique template specific to the classifications and benefits of that agreement. Therefore, you must download the agreement specific template for each report.
To upload your payroll data:
- Navigate to the Payroll Reports page using the menu bar Payroll Reporting > File Payroll Reports.
- Click the Report Period date to open the report.
- At the bottom of the screen is the Tasks box—click the link at the bottom to download template.
- Open the template, enter your payroll information (Employee Name, SSN, Hours Worked, and Gross Wages are common requirements) and when finished, save your document as a .csv file.
- Return to the report in EPRLive.
- Locate the Tasks box at the bottom of the page—click the Browse... button. to select the completed .csv file you saved.
- Click the Upload button.
When you have verified your totals and are ready to proceed, be sure to Checkout and Submit your report to fulfill your reporting obligation.
When uploading payroll data, please note:
- Format your data to match the template, e.g., all headers must match the text from the template, as should Classification and Sub-Classification names.
- Required fields for uploading are: employees' first and last names, SSN, Classification, Hours Worked, and Gross Wages (any demographic information will only populate in your Employee Roster).
