Uploading Employees
If you are just getting started in EPRLive, or if you have a number of new employees you need to enter into the system, you can utilize the upload feature to create multiple employee profiles at once.
You may upload employee profiles when uploading payroll data, or on their own from your Employee Roster.
To Upload Employees:
- Navigate to the Employee Roster.
- Scroll down to the 'Upload Employees' section and click the download template link.
- Open the template you just downloaded and enter your employee information.*
- When finished, save your document as a .csv file.
- Return to your open Employee Roster in EPRLive, and under the Upload Employees section, click the Browse... button.
- Select your completed .csv file from your computer.
- Click the Upload button.
*When formatting your upload template, please note:
- Do not change or delete the column titles—all headers must match the text from the template exactly.
- The minimum required information is: first name, last name and SSN (geographic and demographic information is optional).
- Do not use state abbreviations in the State column; spell out the full state name making sure to use appropriate capitalization.
