Managing Your Account

If you need to make changes to your EPRLive account, you can hover over your initials in the top right corner of any page, and use the drop-down menu to reach the appropriate page.

Profile

The Profile page is where you can update your Password, Email, Phone Number, and Security Questions. Remember to click the Save Changes button when finished.

Settings

The Settings page is where you can set up / edit your banking information to pay electronically.

Employer Detail

Your Employer Detail page is where you can view and edit select information about your company in EPRLive.

Please note—you can't change your company Name or FEIN. If you need to update either of these items, please contact EPRLive support to assist you with navigating those changes.

Logout

The logout button will sign you out of your account and take you back to the login page.
