EFT Payments

Some fund offices allow benefit payments to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT). If you are unsure if this feature is available to you, or if you have questions regarding the time frame for processing payments, contact your Site Sponsor.

To add / update banking information on your account:

  1. Hover over your initials in the top right corner and in the dropdown menu click on Settings.
  2. Read the Terms and Conditions for electronic payments and check the box indicating you agree.
  3. Enter your account number and routing number.
  4. Click Save

When paying by EFT, please note:

  • Banking information is specific to each user account—so if you have multiple users submitting reports, each user must individually enter their banking details.
  • You must save your bank information on your account before submitting a report.
  • EPRLive does not handle funds directly.
  • Your banking and payment information is made available to the appropriate collecting agent; this information is then submitted to their bank to initiate the transaction.
