Usernames & Passwords

Usernames are managed by your Site Sponsor and unlike passwords—cannot be changed.

To Reset your EPRLive password:

1. Click on your initials in the top right corner and click Profile.
2. Click the Change Password button.
3. Type your current password into the "Current Password" field.
4. Type your new password into both the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields.
   1. Be sure your password meets the security requirements listed.
5. Click Save.

Regarding EPRLive usernames:

• Usernames should not be shared with multiple people.
• If you forget your username, or need a new user added to your account, please contact your Site Sponsor.
