Usernames & Passwords

Usernames are managed by your Site Sponsor and unlike passwords—cannot be changed.

To Reset your EPRLive password:

1. Hover over your initials in the top right corner of any page on EPRLive and in the drop-down menu click on Profile.
2. Click the Change Password button.
3. Type your current password into the "Password" field.
4. Type your new password into both the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields.
   1. Be sure your password meets the security requirements listed.
5. Click Save.

Regarding EPRLive usernames:

• Usernames should not be shared with multiple people.
• If you forget your username, or need a new user added to your account, please contact your Site Sponsor.
