Locating Your Site Sponsor in EPRLive

Site Sponsors manage your access to EPRLive, the agreements you are assigned to, and the rates within those agreements.

Use the Payroll Reports page to find which Site Sponsor manages an agreement.

Find your Site Sponsor:

1. Go to Payroll Reporting > File Payroll Reports.
2. Find the agreement you need help with.
3. Check the Managed By column to see the Site Sponsor for that agreement.
4. Check the For Support column for the Site Sponsor’s support phone number.

If you are already viewing a payroll report, the Site Sponsor support phone number is also shown near the top of the report page. This is the same support number listed in the For Support column on the Payroll Reports page.

When to contact your Site Sponsor:

• Contact your Site Sponsor if you have questions about:

• Your access to EPRLive
• Agreements assigned to you
• Rates within those agreements
• An agreement that is missing, incorrect, or assigned unexpectedly
