Employer Authorization

If you have linked to an existing employer profile, you will not be able to edit the profile or add any new users until the employer has authorized the reporting relationship with your area.

From the Employer's Detail page, you can click on the Users tab to see if any active users are available to authorize request.

For an employer to accept the relationship, the user needs to click the Authorize button (next to your Site Sponsor name) located at the top of their Payroll Reports page.

If there are no active users for the Employer Profile, contact EPRLive Support at (844) 267-3542 or support@corelliansoft.com to have the reporting relationship authorized.
