Updating Employer Accounts

Employers occasionally request changes to their employer details. Site Sponsors can manage some of these, but any changes to FEINs and company names are handled by EPRLive Support.

When updating Employer Details, please consider the following guidelines:

  • If there is an error in an employer's FEIN, contact EPRLive Support with the details so we can correct the existing profile.
  • If an employer has a new FEIN, you should create a new Employer Profile for the employer with the new FEIN and legal company name.
  • If an employer's company name changes or needs to be edited, contact EPRLive Support.
  • To update an employer's primary or payroll contact, add those details from the Employer Detail page by clicking Add New Employee and then selecting the new contact from the dropdown.
  • Employers can edit their own address information, or you can edit it for them.
