Association Member Report Explained

The Association Member Report (also known as NECA National Report) calculates the estimated NECA National Service Charges for the reporting period based on the reported Hours and Wages entered in EPRLive and NECA National calculation rules.

The report's estimated service charges take into account the NECA rate step and cap, as well as multi-member discounts, and is based on the following calculation rules:

  • 0- 75,000 = 0.2% of Gross Wages
  • 75,001 - 150,000 = 0.15% Gross Wages
  • 150,001+ = 0

If the NECA member is also a multi-member and receives either a 10% or 25% discount, that is automatically applied. The list of multi-members in EPRLive is based on the annual report provided by NECA National.

EPRLive’s NECA Service Charge report set-up requirements include:
  • Check the is a member box on the employer's detail page (if left unchecked, the employer will be excluded from this report and so only non-NECA members should have this box unchecked).
  • Enter employer’s NECA ID into the Association ID field, also within the employer's detail page.
  • If the NECA benefit is added to an agreement, all reported data will be included—even if the reported amount is $0.00 or N/A.
  • If the NECA benefit is excluded from an agreement, all reported data will be excluded from the report.
  • A "NECA" benefit according to this report is either the global benefit named NECA, or any benefit you created with the Apply to Association Report attribute selected.
  • The employer’s submitted NECA contribution needs to be "released" before the data will populate on the report. You can release benefits from the Funding Detail page.
