I paid my benefits with EFT. When will the funds leave my bank account?

When you select EFT to pay benefits in EPRLive, your banking information is made available to the office that collects your funds. That office has to initiate the transaction with their bank outside of EPRLive.

EPRLive does not control the exact timing of when EFT funds leave your bank account.

If you do not see the funds leave your bank account, or if you have questions about when the payment will be processed, contact your fund office.
