Copying Agreements

If you need to create a new agreement that is similar in setup to an existing agreement in your roster, copying the existing agreement is a quick way to get started. 

To Copy an Agreement:

  1. Navigate to Agreements > Agreements Roster.
  2. Locate the Agreement you want to copy, and click the Copy button to the left of the Agreement name. This will create a copy of the agreement and open it in the Agreement Editor.
  3. Change the name to prevent any confusion between the two agreements.
  4. Edit the rest of the agreement attributes as needed.
  5. When finished, click Save.

When copying an agreement, please note:

  • Copying an agreement will copy the signatory status of the original agreement. Because of this, a copied agreement is automatically set to Suppress from employers' report roster. When you are ready for the agreement to show up in report rosters, uncheck this box and click Save.
  • The most recent and only the most recent rate schedule will be copied to the new agreement.
