What does "Specified cast is not valid" mean?

The red box error message: Specified cast is not valid means that there is an employee row without a classification or sub-classification selected, or hour and wage information has not been entered for an employee.

To clear the error message either delete the row, by clicking the red x, or select the appropriate classification and/or sub-classification from the drop down menu, then enter hour and wage information.
