Remittance Instructions

Remittance instructions are the directions to employers for completing a manual payment.

When writing remittance instructions, please consider your employers: these instructions are a tool to help them report their fringe benefits efficiently through EPRLive. Be sure to include any important information they might need to make payments in a timely fashion. 

We recommend that these instructions include:

  •        To whom they should write the check
  •        The address that should receive the check
  •        Alternatively, any external ACH payment information for transactions outside of EPRLive
  •        Any details they should be aware of regarding payment

To create or edit remittance instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Agreement Roster.
  2. Click on the agreement you wish to edit.
  3. Click the Manage Benefit Roster button.
  4. Enter your instructions in the Remit to Instructions box.

When managing remittance instructions, please note:

  • If the instructions are the same for multiple benefits, please copy and paste the instructions into each box. If the text matches exactly, the instructions will group benefits together in the employer's invoice.

    (If there is any difference in spacing, spelling, etc., the benefits will appear with separate instructions and employers will likely send separate checks.)
