Updated Employer Roster Search

The search bar at the top of the Employer Roster allows you to quickly locate employers using the business name, or Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), as well as several additional types of optional criteria. Search results can include both active and inactive employers, making it easy to find employer records.

How to Search for an Employer

  1. Locate the Search bar at the top of the Employer Roster.
  2. Enter an employer name or FEIN in the search field.
    1. Additional search options include:
      1. Address
      2. Agreements
      3. DBA
      4. Email Address
      5. NECA ID
      6. Payroll Contact
      7. Phone (number)
      8. Primary Contact

Note: In order to search by additional criteria listed, the current active Employer Roster view must contain the column being used to search by.


  1. Matching employers appear in a list below the search bar.

Note: To see Inactive Employers, the filter Include Inactive Employers, must be selected.


  1. Click the employer's name to open that employer’s record.

Click the X in the search field to clear the search.
