Updated Employer Roster Columns

Below is a list of table options you will see on the Updated Employer Roster. These definitions can help you interpret your data, and decide which columns to include when creating a custom view.


Doing Business As (DBA)

Alternate or trade name the employer operates under, if different from their legal name.


FEIN

The employer’s 9-digit Federal Employer Identification Number.


NECA ID

A unique identifier for NECA-member contractors.


Benefit

Indicates whether the employer participates in an employer-electable benefit. Applies only to benefits that can be enabled or disabled per employer.


Dates

The start (S) and end (E) dates when the benefit set up was active for the employer. May be blank if not configured.


Override rate

If entered, indicates the custom contribution rate that replaces the default benefit rate.


Payroll contact

The main contact for payroll-related questions and reporting. 


Latest report

The most recent contribution report submitted by the employer. Zero hour reports are excluded.
