Updated Employer Roster Columns

Below is a list of table options you will see on the Updated Employer Roster. These definitions can help you interpret your data and decide which columns to include when creating a custom view.


Address

This option will show the employer city and state information as it appears in the employer profile. Clicking on the data field in the view will show the street address detail, as well.


Agreements

Agreements that the employer is signatory to will be displayed by this data selection. If more than one exists, they will be separated by commas.


Doing Business As (DBA)

Alternate or trade name the employer operates under, if different from their legal name.


Email

The employer email listed on the Employer Detail page of the employer profile,


FEIN

The employer’s 9-digit Federal Employer Identification Number.


Latest report

The month of the most recent contribution report submitted by the employer. Zero-hour reports are excluded.


NECA ID

A unique identifier for NECA-member contractors.


Payroll contact

The main contact for payroll-related questions and reporting. 


Phone

The business phone number for the listed employer profile.


Payroll contact

The primary contact listed for the employer account.
