Activity Report

The Activity Report will allow you to view the status of reports that you are the Collecting Agent or Fund Administrator for at any given time. Data can be filtered by Association membership status, Report Status, Benefit and/or Payment Status, or to view zero-hour reports.

Audit Employers

Report filtered by Employer, agreement and work month(s) containing all reported employee level detail.


Audit Employees

Report for a specific employee containing all reported employee level detail. Ability to search by either last name or social security number.


Audit Payroll Report

Report search by agreement and work month that generates a list of viewable payroll reports by employer.


Cash Receipts Report

Detailed funding data report sorted by employer. Benefits available will only be those assigned to the users’ organization as a Collecting Agent or Fund Administrator.


Download Contributions

Benefits available will only be those assigned to the users’ organization as a Fund Administrator. Detailed employee level information released by Collecting Agent for processing.


Download Credits

Detailed employee level information that resulted in a refund/credit being processed.


Funding Data Report

Detailed funding data by benefit and then union based on specified date(s).


Over/Short Report

Detailed over/short information for selected assigned benefits.

Payments by Benefit

Summary of funding data by benefit based on specified date(s).


Payments by Employer

Summary of funding data by employer based on specified date(s).


Payments Due

Report based on assigned benefits. “Due” is defined as any employer’s report not paid in full to Collecting Agent at the time the report is run.

Reconcile Stepped Benefits

Report designed to assist the Site Sponsor in determining an employer-specific contribution rate that may be subject to varying “step-down” rates. (This is a custom report only available to some users)


Reporting Statistics

Statistics report by defined work months. Data can be filtered by union, agreement and/or employer. (This is a custom report only available to some users)


Reports Due

Report based on assigned benefits. “Due” is defined as any report not yet submitted by employer at the time the report is run.
