Retrieving past NACHA files

When you click Refresh on the Download NACHA Files page, it will only show outstanding / undownloaded NACHA files from the past 30 days.

You can still retrieve a NACHA file that was prior to the 30 day window, or a file that was previously downloaded.

To download a past NACHA file:

1. Navigate to Funding > Download NACHA Files
2. Enter the batch date (mm/dd/yyyy)
3. Click Download
4. If you have already downloaded this NACHA file, you will receive a message warning you that this file has previously been downloaded. If you still wish to retrieve the file, click Download again to confirm and re-download the NACHA file.
